Our 3-day Gentle Detox & Reset Program combines Ayurveda, gut cleansing, and nutritional support to help the body detoxify deeply, yet comfortably.
It includes three consecutive days of Ayurvedic therapies (Abhyanga, Elakizhi, and steam) that facilitate removal of toxins from deep tissues, stimulate lymphatic drainage, and improve circulation so waste can move towards the natural elimination pathways.
The program commences with a short wellness assessment and consultation, which helps us understand individual digestion, energy, and detox needs.
This is followed by a personalised prescription which supports detoxification and resets the gut function.
Vasthi (herbal enema) supports gut cleansing, helps reduce parasite load and intestinal stagnation, and prepares the body to expel toxins efficiently.
This is followed by Colon Hydrotherapy, along with liver-care therapy and a Detox IV vitamin infusion containing vitamin C, glutathione with N-acetyl cysteine, magnesium, nicotinamide, B-complex, and electrolytes to support liver detox, cellular cleansing, relaxation, and energy.
An immune boost shot with high-dose vitamin D is included to strengthen immunity during detox.
The program includes a guided and personalized Yogic breathing and stretching orientation, to improve digestion and intestinal motility while also teaching simple daily practices you could continue at home, to support gut health and long-term detox.
