This information will be used only to address specific and individual needs and shall be kept strictly confidential except where it is necessary to share with nurses, therapists, and other relevant medical professionals to ensure that the patron/patient’s health needs are addressed in the best possible manner.

This infoormation may also be used for staying connected with the patron/patient for dissemination of such information as may be useful for the patron/patient, subject to the patron/patient’s clear instructions not to send such information, and to get feedback for improving the services of The Healers’ Clinic.
13. The above confidentiality clause is subject to the laws in force in Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates.
14. Withholding of any pertinent health related information would be strictly at the risk of the patron/patient.
15. The services and products offered by The Healers’ Clinic respond differently to different people, with varying results depending on factors such as body-type, weight, age, immunity etc., of the individual. The services offered neither guarantee cure for any disease or illness, nor are treatment for the same.
16. Optimal results from the products and services that The Healers’ Clinic offers are subject to adherence to prescribed timelines and methods. The Healers’ Clinic is not responsible for non-compliance to such prescriptions.
17. Alternate methods and tools of diagnosis do not replace nor claim to replace conventional methods and tools of diagnosis. Non-linear health screening gives close to accurate results on homeostasis, only pointing out possibilities and/or predispositions.
18. Along with laboratory investigations and radiology examinations, the nature of diagnosis or patient-evaluation at The Healers’ Clinic also involves processes which fall within the limit of the given scope of practice and may include bed-side examination and energy-level screening. However, energy-level screening does not replace the requirement of other methods and tools such as MRI or PET scans, specialized tests, mammograms, tissue-level studies etc.
19. Visitors to The Healers’ Clinic agree to abide by all rules and regulations that are in force with regards to their personal conduct and agree to treat all the staff and employees of The Healers’ Clinic with courtesy, failing which The Healers’ Clinic reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the contract with the said patron and remove her/him from its premises.
20. Full and complete payment must be made before the commencement of any program/therapy that the patron/patient wishes to enroll for.
21. The package paid for and the payment made is neither refundable nor transferable.
22. For any reason if the package is discontinued mid-way, the balance amount from the total payment made will be kept in credit of the patron/patient for one calendar year during which the patron/patient can resume the program.
23. The package may be transferred to an immediate family member solely at the discretion of The Healers’ Clinic.
24. The Healers’ Clinic uses medicines/medicinal formulations for therapies or procedures, following traditional specifications and using natural and fresh ingredients which are custom made for each patron/patient, therefore last-minute cancellation of appointments is strongly discouraged.
• Cancellation of a scheduled appointment 0-3 hours prior to the same will result in forfeiture of the entire amount paid for the appointment.
• Cancellation of a scheduled appointment 3-12 hours prior to the same will result in forfeiture of fifty percent of the total amount paid for the appointment.
• Cancellation of a scheduled appointment 12 or more hours prior to the same will incur no cost.
25. Availing services of The Healers’ Clinic is entirely and solely a voluntary decision of the patron/patient and in no event shall The Healers’ Clinic be held liable or responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, coincidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive or any other pecuniary – monetary or other damages, fees, fines, penalties or liabilities arising out of or relating in any way to the service/s offered or sites accessed through this service, and/or content, therapy, procedure or information provided herein. The user’s sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with content, products or services provided by The Healers’ Clinic, is to discontinue with the services. The user hereby acknowledges that this paragraph shall apply to all content, services, and merchandise available at The Healers’ Clinic. Any other legal remedy against the portal used, that may be available under the domestic law of the jurisdiction from where the portal was accessed, is not maintainable for purposes of adjudication or legal remedies – the legal jurisdiction would be the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
